Production process and flowchart of ozone generator
1) The raw materials purchased in the market are degreased and decontaminated in the pre-treatment room, thoroughly cleaned, and then sent to various studios.
2) Clean and pre-treated anode materials are sintered in high-temperature furnaces before catalyzed.
3) Clean and pre-treated cathode materials are suction-filtrated before catalyzed.
4) The cathode catalyst and anode catalyst are modularized.
5) Ozone generators get tested.
6) Qualified ozone generators are put in storage before packaged; unqualified ones are reassembled and processed before getting a re-test. No waste is generated.
