Description
Smart Odor-Purification & Disinfection Machine serves multiple purposes, including disinfection, sterilization, and odor removal, making it ideal for use in various public settings. These settings may include public toilets, KTV private rooms, classrooms or preschool education institutions, auditoriums, high-speed rail stations, hotels, internet cafes, and video arcades. Additionally, it is well-suited for eliminating formaldehyde, benzene series, and TVOC organic compounds, which are common pollutants found in home decorations.
[Disinfection and Sterilization Principle] O3 is a strong oxidizing agent, and the sterilization process involves a biochemical oxidation reaction. O3 sterilization takes the following 3 forms:
1) Ozone (O3) can oxidize and decompose the enzymes required for bacteria to metabolize glucose, leading to bacterial deactivation and death.
2) It directly interacts with bacteria and viruses, destroying their organelles, DNA and RNA, disrupting bacterial metabolism and causing bacterial death.
3) Ozone penetrates cell membranes, acts on outer lipoproteins and inner lipopolysaccarides, causing structural permeability distortion and bacterial dissolution.
[Principle of Formaldehyde Removal]
The primary reason for the effectiveness of ozone in removing formaldehyde lies in its powerful oxidizing properties, which enable it to break down formaldehyde into harmless byproducts such as carbon dioxide and water. The principle behind ozone-based formaldehyde removal involves utilizing ozone’s oxidation properties to facilitate the decomposition of formaldehyde into non-toxic substances. The reaction formula for the decomposition of formaldehyde by ozone is as follows: CH2O+O3→CO2+H2O+O2.
[Principle of Removing Other Organic Matter]
Ozone exhibits potent oxidation and reactivity, enabling it to effectively eliminate organic volatiles present in the environment, such as compounds from the benzene series, ammonia, and carbon monoxide. The chemical reactions involved in ozone’s decomposition of these substances are as follows:
1. Ozone decomposing benzene series:
C6H6 + 5O3 → 6CO2 + 3H2O
2. Ozone decomposing ammonia:
2NH3 + 3O3 → N2 + 3H2O + 3O2
3. Ozone decomposing carbon monoxide:
CO + 03 → CO2 + O2
